Hello ladies!  Amanda (Waltz) Padgett’s (PC ‘05) sister-in-law would appreciate your prayers. She is approximately 20 weeks pregnant with her second baby, and the doctors think the baby might have an enlarged bladder and some trouble with its kidneys. Please pray for JEHOVAH-ROPHE to be at work in the life of this small baby and the family. May He be glorified. Thank you!

Hello Beautiful Stewart Women! Don’t let the time slip by and miss your chance to register for the 4th Annual Women’s Retreat! The retreat is Friday, April 8th – Saturday, April 9th at Camp Allendale in Trafalgar, IN! The cost is $45 if you register by next Friday, March 4th or $55 after March 4th. No registrations will be accepted after Friday, March 18th so print that form and mail it in!

Hello Ladies! Here is some information on the new Nutritional Chair Position on the Board of Directors:

The legal responsibility of the Alumni Board of Directors is to ensure that the current women living at Stewart Cooperative have a safe home and board. A major part of this is to offer complete and satisfying meals. The current house member who serves as the “food purchaser” has a large responsibility, and the position has often been overwhelming. Therefore, the Board of Directors has realized the need for a new position on the Board, a Nutritional Chair, to be added. The Board would like to relieve some of this responsibility from the students by having an alumni oversee this food purchaser position.

Since this Nutritional Chair position is new, the guidelines and responsibilities have not yet been formally determined, and most likely will be flexible at this time. We envision this Nutritional Chair to work with the house food purchaser by researching bulk food buying, assist in meal planning, determining balanced meals, and offering overall nutritional insight.
