We have 2 open positions on the Stewart Cooperative Alumni Board of Directors — Social Chair and Alumni Relations Chair!
 
Social Chair
1. Attending and participating in all Board meetings and functions ( 4 Board meetings a year)
2. Planning and organizing yearly Board retreat (location, food/meals, team building activities, worship time) –> in the Fall
3. Planning and Organizing Anniversary Celebrations in Anniversary Years (1986 is founding year)
4. Planning and organizing a yearly Alumni Retreat (location, theme, food/meals, activities, etc.) –> in the Spring
5. As needed, assist with T-shirt sales, alumni contacts and other activities
*also, there is always the option to expand and create new events/ideas for our alumni! 
 
Alumni Relations Chair
1. Attending and participating in all Board meetings and functions (4 Board meetings a year)
2. Organizing and running the PAL (Praying Alumni Lady) program (April – November)
3. Planning & Executing the Annual Scholarship Dinner for the girls in the House (January)
4. Planning & Executing the Landscaping Day Lunch for the girls in the House (April)
5. Maintaining and Communicating to all Stewart Alumni via the Facebook group, Alumni Blog, and email (continuous)

We would REALLY like to have those 2 positions filled by our Board Retreat at the beginning of November. Applications will be due by october 23rd to kristi at secretary@stewartcoopalumni.org . We are hoping that whoever fills these positions can attend the retreat!  (november 4-5).

Hey Ladies! Just wanted to remind you to mark your calendars for Saturday, October 16th! The Annual Alumni Homecoming Brunch will be hosted by the girls at the house, starting at 9:30am. The Annual Meeting will take place at 10:30am. We would love for you to come for some good ole Stew fellowship, and to hear about what the wonderful women of Stewart are up to! Feel free to bring your families! See you there!
